Data you provide: when you fill out the demo request form, we collect your name, email, phone, community name and type, and your message. Technical data: our servers and hosting provider record standard connection information (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to: (1) respond to your demo request and get back to you — legal basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual steps taken at your request; (2) ensure the security, availability and improvement of the site — legal basis: our legitimate interest. The form includes anti-spam protection (a hidden “honeypot” field) and requires your explicit consent before any submission.
Cookies and analytics
The site is static and sets no advertising cookies or third-party profiling trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies or, where applicable, privacy-friendly analytics may be used. No data is ever resold.
Recipients and processors

Demo request form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and manage the relationship, then archived or deleted. Unless a legal obligation requires otherwise, requests with no follow-up are deleted within a reasonable period (as a guide, within 24 months of the last contact). Technical logs are kept for a limited time.
Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised staff, and selection of providers offering security guarantees.
